Is it just me or is there construction on virtually every block of central Downtown Durham?

Rumored new food spots for Downtown: a cupcake bar, the Pit, Crooks Corner, a pizzeria, two cocktail bars.

    Its not your imagination and some of those food spots are not rumors. Both the cupcake & pizza place have signed deals on the building at five points (as owners) and Alley 26 have signed a lease for the building on Chapel Hill.
